Along with the times, the conception of science literacy with a long history has been enriched and developed constantly. At present, the conception of science literacy has already become a world famous education slogan, a special nomenclature and the object of modern science education. However, because of complexity and abundance, the evaluation of science literacy shows its difficulty.On the basis of the first questionnaire, and give some suggestions to revise the questionnaire through researching on the theory of the designing of questionnaire and disposal relative data. The study suggests:Through researching on the theory of the designing of questionnaire and disposal relative data, we conclude that the reliability of the revised questionnaire is good, validity is also acceptable. Then, research the theory of the designing of questionnaire again, and integrate with the science curriculum from grade seven to grade nine, the author revise the model of the questionnaire and compile the new items.The research on evaluation tools of secondary school literacy is not only according with request of the innovation of basic education, but also can provide the reference of evaluation for science teachers. At the same time, the research can change the former mode ultimately and promote the development of science literacy. The entire datum of this investigation will be afforded to the basic education innovation and the compilation of science courses standard.
