Abstract/Summary:
Physical Literacy(PL)has been recognized as the guarantee of a person’s healthy life.In view of this,in the past few decades,foreign scholars have carried out a lot of research on the concept of physical literacy and the evaluation of physical literacy.At present,the physical literacy assessment of primary and secondary school students in my country is still in its infancy,and a large-scale assessment tool has not yet been established.Only some scholars have tried to design a physical literacy assessment dimension.Canada is one of the earliest countries in the world to develop physical literacy assessment tools,and has developed several representative physical literacy assessment tools,which are used worldwide.Therefore,how to learn from foreign advanced experience,develop a physical literacy assessment tool suitable for primary and secondary school students in my country,and scientifically and accurately test the physical literacy level of students is an urgent problem to be solved in the field of physical literacy evaluation of primary and secondary school students.This study adopts the method of literature data,case analysis,comparative analysis and statistical analysis to analyze three sets of commonly used international physical literacy assessment tools,namely CAPL-2,PLAY and PFL.,evaluation dimensions,evaluation process,scoring standards,basic characteristics and other aspects,summarize its advanced experience and typical characteristics,and provide a scientific basis for the development of physical literacy evaluation tools for primary and middle school students in my country.The study found that the development of CAPL-2,PLAY and PFL three sets of physical literacy assessment tools is embodied in the following aspects: In terms of basic information,research and development institutions include both government organizations and non-governmental organizations such as the Canadian Center for Healthy Living and Obesity Research.Governmental organization;in terms of start-up time,it all started after 2014;the test subjects are all concentrated in the 12 th grade.From the evaluation dimension of physical literacy assessment tools,the three sets of physical literacy assessment tools are tested from the physical,behavioral,cognitive and emotional levels,but CAPL-2 focuses on the assessment of motor skills,and PLAY is rooted in the sports field and long-term athlete development model,PFL is a formative assessment tool that is more suitable for physical education teachers.Judging from the scoring methods of physical literacy assessment tools,the three sets of assessment tools use a combination of qualitative scoring and quantitative scoring,while the evaluation process of PLAY is more complicated,and the test quality of CAPL-2 is relatively high,and the number of users is relatively large.From the overall characteristics of physical literacy,(1)establish a unified evaluation tool development organization;(2)pay attention to the diversity of assessment questions and assessment items;(3)pay attention to the diversification of scoring standards;(4)pay attention to the differences of evaluation objects.Based on the evaluation status of physical literacy of primary and secondary school students in my country,this paper puts forward the reference and enlightenment for the research and design of physical literacy assessment tools for primary and secondary school students in my country.The first is to establish a unified research and development institution to attract advanced physical literacy experts;the second is to evaluate from multiple dimensions,and to attach importance to the cultivation of students’ physical literacy;the third is to focus on the diversification of assessment questions and strengthen the scientific nature of the evaluation items;the fourth is to focus on qualitative and quantitative evaluations Combined,a dynamic physical literacy assessment is established.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the development of physical literacy assessment tools in my country.
