In December 2002,the Ministry of Education issued the notice on the positive promotion of primary and secondary school evaluation and the reform of the examination system,which stipulates that schools and teachers should "establish the record of each student's growth".In February 2007,the Ministry of Education issued the curriculum plan for compulsory education in schools for the deaf,and put forward a diversified curriculum evaluation system in curriculum evaluation.With the deepening of basic education curriculum reform,many teachers try to use Growth Portfolio Assessment in teaching and comprehensive evaluation.But what is the application status of portfolio assessment?What are the specific problems?Why do we have such problems?Discussing and solving the above problems is beneficial to the theoretical and practical study of the portfolio evaluation,and the application and popularization of the research results,which can effectively promote the organic combination of teaching and evaluation,and make the evaluation better play the functions of education,diagnosis and encouragement,and have a positive effect on the common development of students,teachers and schools.Influence?With the guidance of multi intelligence evaluation theory,individualized education scheme and constructivism theory,this paper uses the methods of literature research,action research and questionnaire to study the following contents:(1)the establishment of the evaluation target for the growth archives of hearing impaired pupils.Research on the situation;(2)research on the implementation of the evaluation content of the hearing impaired pupils' Growth Portfolio;(3)study on the subject of the evaluation of the growth archives of the hearing impaired pupils;(4)the study on the implementation of the evaluation method of the growth archives of the hearing impaired pupils;(5)the application of the evaluation results of the growth archives of the hearing impaired pupils Aspect research;(6)hearing children's Growth Portfolio Management.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the evaluation goal of the children's growth archives is too unified,and the individualized educational goals are not designated according to the development status of the students.(2)hearing impaired pupils' Growth Portfolio portfolios are too single and have many basic contents.(3)most of the students with hearing impaired pupils' Growth Portfolio are teachers,who do not give full play to the students' main position,self evaluation,evaluation of students,and too few parents' evaluation.(4)the number of hearing impaired pupils' growth records is too few,and the cycle is too long to reflect the current level of the students,and the lack of guidance for the short-term goals.(5)deaf children's Growth Portfolio assessment results are not in place.They cannot be followed up for a long time,but only for evaluation.(6)the evaluation of hearing loss pupils' Growth Portfolio is basically maintained by school teachers,and students haven't become the real owners of archive portfolios.According to the research findings,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Growth Portfolio assessment should further summarize the research experience and improve the problems arising in the evaluation process.(2)Growth Portfolio assessment should further improve reliability and validity.(3)Growth Portfolio assessment should be further integrated with subject teaching.
