Referred to herein refers to children with hearing impairment after hearing damage, but no serious mental or emotional disorders, but also need the help of artificial hearing aid or cochlear surgery techniques, through rehabilitation to overcome the obstacles of a class of their children, they follow the normal development of children in the same order and route development. Due to the special nature of the hearing-impaired child’s physical and psychological, so that parents under great pressure, they not only have to pay the high cost of cochlear implant surgery, but it takes more time to help their rehabilitation. In this process, we will encounter many difficulties and setbacks, the backlog of long-term negative emotions, making them the burden increasingly heavy psychological pressure will also increase.In order to understand the psychological pressure parents of children with hearing impairment, and to help them better to release the pressure, relieve emotional, paper, literature, questionnaire, interview, rehabilitation centers for parents of hearing-impaired children were related to social work and psychological stress, coping and social support research issues and focus on where the parents were 13 group work intervention. Through preliminary investigation analysis, the parents of hearing-impaired children in the child’s rehabilitation there is a lot of psychological pressure, nowhere to release,leading parents nervous, unstable, and thus will affect the child’s rehabilitation. In this regard, I use group work methods, by conducting group activities in rehabilitation centers parents, helping parents of hearing-impaired children to some extent ease the tension, release the pressure, so that parents are able to share information, exchange of language skills and training methods, forming a support system for parents and provided a interpersonal and psychological support opportunities. At the same time hope that throughthis social work practice, through the assessment of the effects of the intervention group work, explore and summarize the experience of social work to improve aspects and in particular the work of the Panel may exist.
