Research On The Finaincing Act Of The Non-governmental Social Work Organization In The Research Perspective Of Resource Dependence

As an important part of social organizations,Non-governmental Social Work Organizations(NSWOs)are important carriers to provide social services.NS WO in social construction and social development is becoming increasingly prominent,and it has become an important way for the government innovation and social governance.A broad and stable fund source is the foundation for the sustainable development of NSWO.Therefore,the financing is not only related to the maintenance,survival and development of NSWO,but also to the autonomy and professionalism.This study will take Shenzhen L NSWO as an example using literature review,interview and learning from the guidance of resource dependence theory to carry out the financing research of NSWO.Due to the imperfect combined effects of internal and external factors such as lacking of self financing capacity and brand construction,instability of the stakeholders,inadequate of related laws and regulations,resulting in difficulties of Chinese NSWOs which are depend too much on the government,short of business income,insufficient of social donation,channel single of financing and so on.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward that NSWO need to do the following five points to ensure sustainable and stable development of financing:First,we need to maintain the relationship with the government so as to ensure the stability of the major funding sources.Second,we need to be prepared for danger in times of safety,to be constantly improve the financing ability.Under the environment that the government strongly supports the development of social work,NSWOs must constantly increase their internal strength,persist their mission and belief,improve their professional service quality,and build the service brand.Third,NSWO need to improve the internal and external accountability mechanism,enhance the public trust.It should actively accept external accountability,strengthen the cultivation of public image,enhance the credibility and form the soft power of the organization.Fourth,keeping pace with the times,NSWO uses modern means and the way of financing such as playing a "Internet plus" advantage.The last is to create a good external environment,to establish and improve the relevant laws of policy advocacy and financing.Finally,the study also suggests that financing is a huge challenge for NSWO.NSWO should not only have the courage to accept the challenge,but also constantly improve the financing ability,create a favorable external environment,strengthen the construction of talent and legal system,and change the development of ideas,obtain greater extent,more matching resources with NSWO developing,realize the healthy development.
