Research On Situation And Dilemma Of Private Social Work Institutions

The accurate help of the poor and other vulnerable groups has become an important work for the government to improve the livelihood of the people.Social work is more effective in improving the situation of the disadvantaged groups and improving their ability to adapt to their lives.Social policy environment has stimulated the germination and development of a large number of social work service institutions,thus opening a new situation for the professional and professional development of social work in China.However,as an exotic and emerging profession,the organization and management structure of the social work service organization is not mature and imperfect,compared with the local traditional social service organization.Therefore,through the research on the development and predicament of the private social working institutions,the aim is to help promote the professional and professional development of social work,so as to give full play to the advantages and positive roles of social work in social construction.This paper,through the qualitative research method,mainly through the method of text analysis and interview,investigates the development of the private social workers in Ji'nan,and analyzes the development path and the existing problems since its establishment.The results show that the functional organizational structure of the private social working institutions is obvious,the structure of personnel is single,the service diversification and the coexistence of overlapping and vacancy services.At the same time,the organization is confronted with the difficulty of supervision,the imperfect organization communication mechanism,the outstanding problems of personnel management,the quality of the project service and the quality of the project.Problems and challenges such as lack of professionalism in brand building and unclear definition of institutional orientation.In view of the current situation of the development and the problems and difficulties faced by the private social work service institutions in China,this paper tries to analyze the two aspects of the government administration means and the self-construction of the private social working institutions,and puts forward that the mechanism of improving the institutional assessment and supervision,the development of the organization and the establishment of the incentive guarantee system are put forward.And encourage the participation of parties in the form of promoting the government's administrative power to participate in the development of private social work institutions,and to strengthen the construction of its own capacity through the clear institutions of private social workers,perfect post settings,scientific personnel management,and clear institutional positioning,so as to promote the service of civil society.The development and expansion of the construction and social work service provide the organizational basis for ensuring and improving the livelihood of the people's livelihood and even the construction of a harmonious socialist society with Chinese characteristics.
