Teenagers safety education problem has always been highly attention of the society from all walks of life,since 1996,the state education commission,the ministry of labor,the ministry of public security,the ministry of communications,the ministry of railways,the state sports commission,the ministry of health jointly issued "notice about the national security education of primary and middle school students",so far,have spent 28 "safety education day",the establishment of this system,a comprehensive in-depth promotes the safety education of primary and middle school students,greatly reduces the incidence of injuries of young students and provides a system guarantee to the healthy growth of the primary and middle school students.During the 19 big to xi jinping,headed by general secretary of the CPC central committee,made clear that the safety of the teenagers education problem is an important part of national security strategy,it is not hard to see,teenagers security education and rose to a new historical level.Academia about adolescent students’ safety education related theoretical research achievements,appeared a lot of academic works and papers,these are the safety education for primary and middle school students career provides a theoretical reference.But,after reading a large number of literature on the domestic market,found that the young students safety education of "knowledge" literature is very rich,and about the young students safety education "technical"(" practicality ")research is quite rare,especially on the basis of different ages adolescent students’ physical and mental development characteristics,targeted to carry out safety rescue skills with strong "practicality" education research few and far between.This may be the "technical" reason that teen student safety education failed to receive the desired effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the safety and rescue skill education according to the law of physical and mental development of adolescents.Safety relief skill education and intellectual education are two of the young students safety education an integral important constituent,when conducting safety education to avoid the tendency of "knowledge,skills".The purpose of education is not only to let students understand safety knowledge,more important is to make students master the rescue skills,at the time of life is in danger,not only can help themselves,and where possible,also can help others.The safety and rescue skill of teenage students can not be carried out blindly,which must be based on the physical and mental development characteristics of adolescent students.In different ages,adolescent students’ physical quality,speed,endurance,strength,quality,sensitive quality,flexible quality,etc.)and the psychological quality(cognitive abilities,needs,interests,motivation,emotion,will,personality,etc.)on business performance of the opposite sex,systematic,progressive,gradation and periodic basic features,such as appearance of adolescent students’ physical quality and their features,targeted for us to carry out the safety rescue skills education provides the academic basis of physiology and psychology.The safety of the young students aid skills education content is very rich,how to carry out safety rescue skills education,carry out what safety rescue skills education,etc.Are we must answer questions.Given the actual situation of education,the current security assistance skill,we can only try to give some ideas that are not mature.First,it must be clear that the security assistance skill education is the core content of education for adolescent students.Second,define the security assistance skills education for different age groups.Thirdly,it compiles series education teaching materials for the physical and mental quality of different ages.Fourth,the sports colleges and universities in the sports colleges and universities(departments)establish the security assistance skills education professional or courses,to train professional teachers.Fifth,explore the education method suitable for students of different ages.Sixthly,the research and development is suitable for students of different ages to rescue skill training equipment and establish special training venues.Seventh,strengthen the construction of education laws and regulations,and make it institutionalized and regularized.
