Personal security is the basis of guaranteeing adolescents and childrens’ normal learning andliving. From1996, national six ministries and commissions took Monday on last week of March each yearas a national day for primary and secondary students’ safety education, to strengthen security education,improve the ability for preventing the danger. Through the efforts of the government departments at alllevels, schools and parents, the "safety education day" activities which last several years, have achievedobvious effect. Benefit from the activities, Security awareness got the better popularization among theteachers and students, safety education had been promoted actively, and the campus safety had beeneffective protected. However, in recent years, the campus safety problems happened in primary andsecondary schools, exposed the weak point in safety education.Now, most research on campus safetyproblems pay close attention to the campus manager, the psychological and physical aspects of theadolescents, seldom pay a attention to the regulations which define the responsibility among the family, theschool and the society. Countermeasures to the safety education of primary and secondary schools areobsolete, unable to adapt to the requirement of the current security education of primary and secondaryschools.This paper randomly selected6primary and secondary schools of Xinxiang city as researchobject,1municipal primary school,1municipal middle school,1district elementary school,1districtmiddle school,1township primary school,1township middle school, adopting the method of observation、interview、questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,study the problems existing in the safety educationof primary and secondary schools from the aspects of school, family, society and youth of his own, thenanalysis the reasons for the problem and propose the feasible strategy to improve the safety education. Thisresearch is divided into four chapters: The first chapter is introduction. This chapter includes the researchproblem, summary of studies home and abroad, meaning of research, study content and innovations. Thesecond chapter is the summary of safety education of primary and secondary schools. This chapterintroduces the related concept, content and characteristics of safety education of primary and secondaryschools as well as national and regional policy. The third chapter is the present situation and analysis ofsafety education of Xinxiang primary and secondary schools take a more objective view of effect, find the existing problems, and analysis the reasons for the problem. The fourth chapter is the countermeasureresearch for primary and middle school students’ safety education from the Government, school, family etc.
