Job burnout refers to the state of physical and mental fatigue and exhaustion produced by individuals under the heavy pressure of work.Teacher burnout is an important factor affecting the harmonious development of teachers' body and mind and teachers' professional development.It is also a hindrance to the overall development of schools.Teachers' mental health,teacher professional development and school organization support,especially the management of teachers,are closely related.Education is the most fundamental motive force for the progress of the country and the nation.Teachers,as the most important source of influence in educational activities,play an important role in the country's educational undertakings.Under the shroud of holy light,teachers are under increasing pressure,and in the state of high-intensity work day after day,Teachers have appeared different degrees of job burnout,and the job is facing various challenges.To the education work,the most direct significance is to alleviate the teachers' job burnout,which can effectively ensure the stability of the teachers.To promote teachers' physical and mental health,improve the effectiveness of work,optimize the relationship between teachers and students,and promote the development of students.This article takes the township primary school teacher as the research object,through the investigation method,the literature method,the mathematical statistics method and so on method,analyzes the township elementary school teacher job burnout present situation,and finds out the influencing factor of the township elementary school teacher job burnout.Therefore,the feasible countermeasures are put forward to control and alleviate the job burnout of township primary school teachers.The main conclusions are as follows:First,job burnout among primary school teachers in townships is generally at a general level.Depersonalization,emotional exhaustion and low sense of accomplishment are all at the general level.Second,there are differences in job burnout among rural primary school teachers with different demographic variables.There is a significant difference in job burnout among elementary and middle school primary school teachers with different final qualifications.There is a significant difference in occupational burnout among primary and secondary primary school teachers of different titles,and there are extremely significant differences in occupational burnout among primary and secondary school teachers of different teaching ages.There is a very significant difference in occupational burnout between the primary teacher of the primary school teacher and the primary teacher of the primary school in the township.Third,multiple factors affect the professional burnout of primary school teachers in townships and towns.The teaching workload is relatively large,the student management is difficult,the research is difficult,the teacher's professional living facilities are not perfect,the school's management mechanism is not perfect,and the career development is limited,which makes the primary school teachers in the township consume a lot of emotions and cannot achieve outstanding results.In the long run,rural primary school teachers have experienced varying degrees of job burnout.This article proposes countermeasure suggestions:first,improve basic teaching conditions;second,reduce teachers' workload;third,attach importance to teacher professional development;and fourth,improve school management mechanism and evaluation mechanism.
