With the establishment of the socialist market economic system and further deepening of education reform, education problem caused the extensive attention widely. However, studies on the role of teachers’ educational activities and teachers’ burnout are still at a preliminary stage, especially the burnout problem of higher vocational teachers. It appears that the occupation education prominent its historical mission in the fast development of modern education. The teacher’s work pressure is increasing year by year, too much work pressure in teacher’s physiological, psychological and so on, which has the adverse effect to lead the teachers burnout. Occupation burnout has become a hot issue in teacher education management in recent years, as the high risk population of occupation burnout, teachers burnout urgently needs to be solved.The research of this thesis aims at exploring and analyzing main causes of teachers burnout and finding the countermeasures through the investigation and study of present situation of teachers burnout in Yanbian C. G occupation school. To administrative department of education and school management departments in Yanbian area, it puts forward a theoretical basis for them to learn and understand teachers’ burnout. It also provides the necessary reference for teachers’ management and construction and puts forward rational suggestions for strengthening vocational college construction and providing effective school management mechanism. Meanwhile it can let the teachers understand the social environment and enhance their status in this community.With the example of Yanbian C. G teachers, the research analyzes the present situation of teachers burnout from their working environment, professional attitude, training and college management. It adopts the method of questionnaire and finds the causes of teachers’burnout:First, teachers in less cozy workplaces are unsatisfied. Second, teachers with low sense of self-planning can not realize their professional ideals. Third, teachers with low sense of self-improvement has lower teaching complex. Fouth, the management mechanism of shool is not perfect and the professional courses setting is unreasonable. In this research, for adjusting the teachers’s burnout in their work, it put forwards the following countermeasures for Yanbian C. G. First, the shool should put forward an intervention to effectively construct teachers team. Second, we should set up the teachers’ mental health counseling classes to ease teachers’burnout in order to improve teachers’life and their teaching quality. Third, we should set up an evaluation system for teachers to meet the needs of their teaching. Fouth, we should set up an effective school management mechanism and improve the rules and regulations of school.
