The teacher occupation burnout is an important factor to affect the harmonious physical and mental development of teachers.which also restricts the overall development of the school, but also influence the resistance of teacher education and teaching. In the basic education reformation, teachers’the professional management situation affects the quality and level of the whole staff of the whole school.Therefore, in order to solve the problem of teachers occupation burnout, as what are the relationships between teachers’ professional management and teacher occupation burnout, I attempt to use literature method, comparative method, interview method and questionnaire survey method, the domestic and international research on the primary school teachers occupation burnout and related research analysis, evaluation to solve this issue. Analysis of factors restricting the current professional management, reasons of teachers occupation burnout, as well as the relationship between teachers’ occupation burnout and teacher professional management, to look through the problems from all the aspects, to put forward strategies and suggestions to improve the situation feasible Township Primary School Teachers Occupation Burnout and improve teachers’professional management in order to improve the township primary school level, also the status of teachers.This paper mainly uses literature analysis and questionnaire investigation method, referring to Li Xiuyu questionnaire teachers occupation burnout. And305teachers from Yanji City, also Longjing city working in6towns and township primary schools were investigated,10teachers of whom were interviewed. Quantitative analysis was performed by means of using SPSS statistical software, the overall situation of occupation burnout Township Primary School Teachers understanding, individual and group differences in teacher occupation burnout, teacher professional management and teacher relationship with occupation burn out.The main content of the study:(1) the township primary school teachers occupation burnout research;(2)a research on professional management status of primary school teachers in villages and towns;(3) related research about teachers occupation burnout about the Township Primary School Teachers’professional management and (4) to strengthen the study of Teachers’professional management counter measures.The conclusions are as following:(1) the township primary school teachers occupation burnout degree is deep, there was a significant difference in Teachers’occupation burnout in different genders, different nationalities, different titles and, different professional development stages;(2) the overall level of professional management of township primary school is low including the teachers’professional management concept professional management organization and the professional management system are quite low;(3) professional management of Township Primary School Teachers Occupation Burnout and teacher at the0.Ollevel showed a significant negative correlation. Emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment and professional management, professional management, professional management system has significantly negative correlation.From the results of the study I conclude some pieces of advice as follow:(1)to establish the correct concept of professional teacher management, show the humanistic care to teachers, improve their democratic rights, pay more attention to the professional development of teachers, improve teachers’status and attach different kinds of management to different teachers;(2)to establish special professional organization for the teachers’professional development and mental health in order to create a good working atmosphere to prevent the teacher’s burning out in their career;(3)improving teachers’training system, evaluation system, incentive system, improve teachers’working enthusiasm and professional level, to promote the professional development of teachers.
