The notion of occupation burnout was advocated by Freudenberger in 1974. It is a new research field. It is used to describe a series of negative symptoms, such as tiredness, ability descent, passion losing, apathy to others and efficacy. More and more researches have indicated that teaching is one of the professions under greatest pressure. The negative symptoms are harmful to both students and teachers. So it is important to do something in this field. The article is based on some well-known conclusion. In order to analyze more deeply, we picked up participants from primary school and public school. We presented some suggestion according to these investigation.Because of the difficulties and limited conditions, this investigation locked the studied objects in the primary school and public school and selected 500 teachers to answer the questionnaires. 3-5 teachers were picked out in different age stages to be interviewed. We translated Maslach Burnout Inventory and used it in the investigation. We found that teachers in HuaBei got little high emotional exhavstion score, lower depersonalication score and high efficacy score. Gender, subject, antecedents, executive or not and so on brought significant effect to teachers burnout.
