Research On Internationalization Path Of Henan Higher Education

In the 21 st Century,Internationalization is an important trend of higher education,which has been widely recognized and highly valued all over the world.In this era with deepening economic globalization and deepening International,higher education internationalization has become a certain tide.In recent years,the pace of higher education internationalization in China is accelerating with the emergence of "double first-class".In order to adapt to the development trend of education,promote "double first-class" construction and make Henan gradually developed into education strong province,internationalization of higher education in Henan is imperative.Firstly,the paper has defined the basic concepts and analyzed the differences between internationalization and globalization,discussed motivation and risk theories of internationalization.As taking Z university as an example,the paper analyze the current internationalization situation of Z university from international concept and plan,teachers' construction,students' training,Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools,international academic exchanges and cooperation,and international exchange and cooperation between the management by empirical research.Then summed up the achievements and obstacles.At present,Z university have achieved great results in cooperation in improving international security system,Integrating into the strategy of "One Belt And One Road" and constructing the overseas virtual research institute,etc.Besides these advantages,it still exists many problems,just like foreign affairs management system needs to be adjusted,the international idea and consciousness of teachers and students need be enhanced,internationalstudents enrollment size and gradation need to be adjusted,The management system of international students needs to be improved,the international academic exchanges and cooperation don't have enough in-depth and the strength of Z University needs to be improved.Finally the paper proposed the following path to promote the internationalization of higher education in Henan province: enact a clear international development strategy;improve the international management system,establish international higher education curriculum system;Insist on "going out" and "bringing in",which include encouraging teachers and students to communicate abroad,attach importance tointroduce intellectual resources,improving the management system for international students,expanding the scale of cooperative education,improving the quality of cooperative education,improving international research cooperation;Strengthening international academic exchanges and cooperation.
