At present,with the deepening of the internationalization,the rel evance and dependence between countries are more and more strong.This is not only reflected in the economic,but in the political,social an d cultural aspects.At the same time,the market is growing and the com petition is drastic.In this international environment, with the devel opment of higher education internationalization to enhance national c ompetitiveness and influence in some countries has become an importan t decision. After our country joins WTO, the development of higher ed ucation is facing new opportunities and challenges.The China- ASEAN Free Trade Area fully completed in 2010, as Guangxi Chinese and ASEAN bridgehead, stand on the international stage. In 2014 September, the seventh session of the "China ASEAN Education Exchange Week" minister forum held successfully in Guiyang, officials from the education sector of the ASEAN countries have expressed their hope that China and ASEAN should strengthen cooperation in higher education. Face to ASEAN countries, we should seize the opportunity which is important. In this paper, the service trade from the perspective of organizational level and activity level analysis of the development status of Guangxi higher education internationalization stage, and based on the development experience of learning Korean, Singapore, Australia and other countries, Guangxi is facing the international higher education development path of asean.The article is divided into six parts, the first part focuses on the study of the preparation before the launch, including the research background, significance and the domestic and foreign literature review, the basic information, sort out the whole idea, form their own research ideas, this part in the text is the basic position. The second part is the internationalization of Higher Education under the background of globalization, the internationalization of higher education in the framework of specific WTO and CAFTA are defined, and the internationalization of higher education in South Korea, Singapore and Canada and other countries experience. The third part is the significance of the research, namely Guangxi ASEAN International oriented development of higher education what is the meaning of it, what is the task of the development process in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, embodied in the economic, political, social and cultural and educational development of the four aspects. The analysis of Guangxi ASEAN International oriented development of higher education development in fourth now part of the integrated use of survey method, literature method, respectively, from the organizational level and activity level, the activity level in the perspective of international trade in service division. The fifth part of the article before the draw on the basis of analysis, the Guangxi ASEAN International oriented development of higher education level put forward path selection, organization level, including the government, universities and social support of the three subjects, the activity level according to the analysis of the current situation in the problem for path selection. The sixth part is the conclusion, in view of the shortcomings in the research process and the research to the Guangxi ASEAN Development Path Choice of internationalization of higher education overall recommendations elaborated.
