Research On Optimization Of Talent-cultivation Mode With Ordering Form Of Hotel Management Major In Gansu Higher Vocational Colleges

Along with the progress of the times and the development of economy,the market competition becomes more and more fierce,and then the role of human capital in the industry competition becomes increasingly prominent.The hotel industry is a labor-intensive industry,furthermore human resources is the decisive factor for the hotel to create economic benefits.Therefore,the core competition between hotels is the competition of human capital.Hotels need high quality and practical professionals to create value for them and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Higher vocational education has trained a large number of talents for the modern hotel,Talent-cultivation of hotel management in the higher vocational colleges is more in line with the talents demand of hotel industry.In a wide range of vocational talent-cultivation mode,the talent-cultivation mode with ordering form shows huge advantage in the application of hotel management major.Colleges and universities as well as the "orders" enterprises developed cooperation deeply,and jointly trained excellent talents who can meet the needs of the hotel enterprise,industry and social development.Although the talent-cultivation mode with ordering form in many domestic higher vocational colleges of hotel management major has developed for a while,and obtained good result,moreover it’s also very popular in colleges and enterprises,however in our country’s economic backward area,especially the slow economic development like Gansu province.This paper summarizes and analyzes the implementation situation and existing problems of “ordering class” of hotel major in the higher vocational colleges in Gansu province using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview.On the basis of learning from other talent-cultivation mode at home and abroad,combining with actual situation of Gansu province,this paper puts forward pieces of advice of optimization of talent-cultivation mode with ordering form of hotel management in higher vocational colleges in Gansu province,from the angle of the government,schools,enterprises which play a major role in the talent-cultivation mode with ordering form,in order to provide reference to the talent-cultivation of higher vocational education,especially the backward economic area in the western region.
