The student-centred education wisdom means that students are not only the cores of class teaching and learning but also the participants of university management.This is called college students’ organizational citizenship behavior that college students take part in all the affairs related to the whole school and promoting its development voluntarily.Class is a base for college students and the whole school whose construction and management is closely related to the development of the school.College students’ organizational citizenship behavior in class is a performance that students do other things of their own accord besides duties,conforming to the role as a social citizen and making for others.But it will be influenced by interpersonal relation more or less.There are informal structures which is interpersonal network college students construct besides formal structures based on class committee.Whether and how does informal structures have an important influence on College students’ organizational citizenship behavior in class ?The paper aims at exploring relationship between them and putting forward some practical suggestions.The paper is an empirical research,aimed at exploring effects interpersonal network has on initiative founded on realities and literature,putting forward research problems,making questionnaire and collecting data.Firstly,define certain concepts,such as college students’ organizational citizenship behavior(including self-pointed,classmate-pointed,class-pointed and society-pointed)and social network(study-based&affection-based);purpose hypothesis according to practical problems and data.Then,form questionnaires and collect data;After all the procedures mentioned,design a new one and choose a sample to gather attributes about college students’ organizational citizenship behavior and social network;Meanwhile,analyse relational data to acknowledge implicit relationship between them.Through the whole study,there are some conclusions:1)Informal network structure includes study-based network and affection-based network and neither of them can be dispensed with.2)study-based network is more crowed than affection-based network,but there exists positive consistence between them.3)academic record has great influence on the degree centrality of study-based network,so do experiences as student leader.4)the degree centrality of study-based network has a positive effect on college students’ organizational citizenship behaviors.The relationship between study-based network and organizational citizenship behavior for classmates is the strongest,but for society is weakest.5)Also,the degree centrality of affection-based network has a positive effect on each aspect of college students’ organizational citizenship behaviors.But obviously,The relationship between affection-based network and organizational citizenship behavior for society is the strongest,but for classmates and class is opposite.According to conclusions,here are some suggestions about class management in universities:1)play a full part of formal groups and don’t ignore informal groups.2)establish learning communities and improve degree centrality of study-based network of each member.3)build emotional communities and enhance degree centrality of affection-based network.4)bring into the example role of the core and pay more attention to marginal men;5)enhance the awareness and education as a citizen among college students to improve their initiative to take part in class management.
