This paper analyzes the results at home and abroad on the basis of the theory oforganizational citizenship behavior,theory with practice,based on the status quo ofGuangdong Machinery Technician College organizational citizenship behavior,summed up the main reason for the College of organizational citizenship behavioranalysis,research Antecedents of organizational justice,leadership style,the impactof the school organizational citizenship behavior, and thus enhance teamperformance for the effective management of organizational citizenship behaviorpropose a solution for the existing problems,propose practical implementation of theproposed hospital for mechanics The school management provides new guidance,and management decision-making so that more targeted.In this paper, the basic conclusion is as follows: first, the average score ofGuangdong Province advocate behavior of mechanical technician college teachersperceived principal show4.48, concern the average score was4.42, between thescale in between with and meet. Guangdong Province shows the principalmechanical technician college can show initiative and caring behavior, and can sleepfor teachers. Second, teachers’ perception of Guangdong Province mechanicaltechnician college to the average score of distributive justice is4.29, the averagescore of procedural justice is4.15, the average score is4.47interactive fair, isbetween the scale in between with and meet. There are85.58%aspects of the Guangdong Provincial MachineryTechnician College Teachers in the teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior,check the4.00~6.00, show that most Guangdong Province mechanical techniciancollege teachers can show teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior.Guangdong provincial technical colleges should improve leadership behavior,the implementation of human management, and encourage teachers to show OCB.School leaders should make oneself an example often OCB, Guangdong provincialtechnical college teachers will learn through observation, imitation behavior andspontaneous display when teachers, Guangdong Provincial Technical Collegesshowed good OCB, managers should be promptly carried out positive reinforcement,give verbal praise or praised, through long-term training, prompting OCB become ahabitual behavior of teachers and auxiliary member performance.
