The theory on teachers' efficacy is very popular among researchers interested in teacher's education. A lot of research has indicated that teachers' efficacy is a kernel variable to teaching. Organizational commitment is the comparatively extent of the staff commiting to the organization and the tendency of staffs attitudes. Organizational citizenship behavior is the extra-role actions, which are made up by a serial of informal behaviors and beneficial for the whole organization.In this study, researcher constructed a questionnaire of Middle School Teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Used this questionnaire to collect the datas which were from middle school teachers. The conclusions were drawn as following:(1) Middle school teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors were composed of two factors: organizational commonweal behavior and interpersonal altruism behavior.(2) The whole level of general teaching efficacy, personal teaching efficacy and teacher's efficacy were higher than medium. Significant differences of teaching efficacy were found comparing the teachers with different gender, different school age, different professional level and different school. There were significant differences of personal teaching efficacy and general teaching efficacy between urban teachers and suburban teachers.(3) The whole level of organizational commitment was higher than medium. There were significant differences of organizational commitment between urban teachers and suburban teachers. There were significant differences of gender, the status of whether or not the head teacher, school on economical commitment and opportunity commitment. There was significant difference on the status of whether or not the head teacher on affective commitment.(4) The whole level of organizational citizenship behavior was higher than medium. Significant differences of organizational citizenship behavior were found comparing the teachers with different school age, different school.and the status of whether or not the head teacher.(5) Teacher's efficacy was positively related to organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The organizational commitment was positively related to organizational citizenship behavior. After conducting regression analysis, we found that personal teaching efficacy could predict every aspect of organizational commitment; general teaching efficacy could predict ideal commitment and normative commitment; the teacher's efficacy could predict organizational citizenship behavior; ideal commitment, normative commitment and affective commitment could predict organizational citizenship behavior. The result of multivariable regression analysis showed that personal teaching efficacy could predict organizational citizenship behavior most validly, and in turn the variables that entered the equation were normative commitment, general teaching efficacy, ideal commitment, opportunity commitment and affective commitment.
