Concern about teacher development has been the education sector,and about what is the ultimate goal of teacher development,the current education on the discussion of this aspect is less,from the nature of individual life and the unique properties and analysis from the basic features of teachers' profession,teachers have towards the possibility and the rationality of the life consciousness,it is worth thinking about.What is the relationship between teachers,life consciousness and teachers' happiness life and cultivating students' life consciousness?Teachers' individual life consciousness or clearly grasp the developing tendency of the life,needs the teacher to the development of individual and social responsibility,to judge teachers from involuntary is' active not active factors,from the point of teachers' professional development and life,teachers towards life consciousness is a long-term process,and in the task of each stage has a relative standard and need to be level.This study based on some excellent primary and secondary school teachers,and refer to the existing research on teachers life consciously dimension,can be divided into teachers has the sense of mission,the independent design the development process of life,teachers master the practical wisdom three dimensions.Education phenomenon and the education problems,however,reveals the current situation of teacher life development has some unconsciously,hinder the teachers towards life consciously factors include teachers' factors and external factors of the teacher.This study is based on the factors influencing teachers toward the life consciousness mainly is the internal factors,based on this and make the most if not all teachers have to consciously assume life,thus all the factors hindering the research on the teachers towards life consciousness into teachers talk about their own factors.Based on analyzing the factors hindering the research on the teachers' life consciousness,teachers towards life consciousness should be pay more attention to the development of common sense,a paper from the perspective of comprehensive sense for teachers to conscious life path analysis,respectively from three aspects of learning,thinking and practice to put forward relevant methods.What learning is about learning,how to learn and learning attitude,thinking involves thinking the meaning of life,thought career in the value of life and thought of the individual to the society,the relationship between practical performance in creativity in practice,melt personalization in practice and the autonomy in practice.
