The term "life",in the study based on philosophy,set psychology and pedagogy as one concept,while "Life Consciousness" is a higher realm of life,no matter what occupation or what stage of development,it is a major driving force through it.Under the competition of education is becoming more and more fierce,increasing attention to education is apparently in the whole context,and the main body involved in educational anxiety is no longer just individual students,but also parents and teachers,which requires teachers to have a good mentality and the expertise of advancing with the times to actively lead students to study.However,teachers are also an ordinary group,in the high pressure and a large number of repetitive working environment,if they can't get effective relief and can't find a new growth point,it is easy for them to appear the phenomenon of job burnout.In recent years,the study of teacher's job burnout is numerous,scholars have also put forward a lot of feasible suggestions,but what can touch the fundamental recommendations are basically attributed to the internal transformation of teachers themselves.Therefore,this study takes the positive excellent case as an example and unfolds with the narrative research method,by analyzing the teacher's life consciousness growth characteristic deeply,in order to put forward the feasibility suggestion.This study will be divided into six parts,the first part introduces the origin of the study,the significance of the study and the relevant literature review,the core concept of the determination,at the same time introduced the research methods and ideas of this study,and give the theoretical support on three aspects of the study object's own life consciousness characteristics from the philosophy,psychology and education.The second part to the fifth will analyze the teacher's "Life Consciousness" from three dimensions,that is,the teacher's life consciousness to the self,to others and to the external environment,and expounds the relationship between the influence and transformation of the three dimensions.The sixth part is related to the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The choice is expounded from three aspects,which is to draw lessons from Professor Li Zhengtao's theoretical dimension and analyze the performance of teachers ' life consciousness in a comprehensive way.The first is the self-awareness of their own life,such as teachers in the face of the state to provide training support opportunities change,the passive "send me training" into the active "I need training",the difference between the two starting point will determine the direction of development and the degree of growth is different,And the key factor of the two very different attitudes is whether the teacher has the self-consciousness to oneself and proactive to promote oneself,the second is to the other person's life consciousness,which is mainly point to the student and the colleague,the profession of teacher different to other occupation is that the teacher's work object is the person rather than the machine,faces every living life individual,Teachers should be taught by love and taught for love,that is,self-conscious of students ' lives;At the same time,educating people need to work together,teachers and colleagues should re-cooperate,promote together,and jointly create a positive and comfortable working environment as well as harmonious and friendly interpersonal relationship.Finally is the life consciousness of the external environment,the development of the individual can't be separated from the support of the external environment,but a person to the external environment to have a sense of wisdom,how to make the external environment better,how to let oneself dare to get out of the comfort zone,this is the key to their own growth.Through the deep analysis of the object in this study,summed up its life consciousness of the excellent teachers in the characteristics of the performance as following: an independent teacher life individual,which has the inner drive for the stimulation of their own growth,the soul that based on interpersonal dialogue,with careful independence as the support of a high degree of self-discipline and the change of autonomy as the premise and the quality of life with happiness as the tone.From this,the final part will put forward the relevant recommendations from the awareness of knowledge,interpersonal relations,higher self-requirements,timely and in-depth reflection and the promotion of happiness and other aspects.
