In modern times, paying attention to individuals’life has become a pursuit of the social value. In the contemporary China, paying attention to the life development of students has been being the value orientation of schooling. Teachers’ life consciousness is the foundation and key to achieve the value orientation in the education area.Teachers’life consciousness is the awareness which refers to the students’life. It can give guidance to teachers’ teaching practice and make an integration of the teaching resources and the life development of students, which will deeply promote the development of students’ life. Teachers’ life consciousness points to the development of the students’life. In all, the development is defined as completeness, allsidedness and full course. The content of the teachers’ life consciousness should at least include the awareness concerning the students’natural life, their features, and the life association between the teachers and students. Owing to the concentration of time, space and personnel, concerning to specific subject content and the feature of the rich characteristics for individuals’life value, the classroom teaching has been a field where the teachers’life consciousness manifestated.This study used the methods of field observation and interview, made a deep research on the classroom teaching scene in the H primary school, objectively presented the state of existence of the teachers’life consciousness in the classroom teaching. The study found several problems about the teacher’s life consciousness:the deviation of its intent, the fragmentation of its content and the lack of its expressing approaches. On this basis, the paper made a thorough reflection on the present status of the teachers’ consciousness. The reason that the apathy of the present teachers’ life consciousness can be devided into two aspects. On the one hand, the traditional concept and the existing school system astricted the initiative of teachers; on the other hand, the alienation of the teachers’ education values has occurred under the influence of economic values. Finally, the awakens and full-development of the teachers’life consciousness depends on the construction of the school system and the promotion of the teacher individual. Specifically, we must give full autonomy to the teachers professional right, build the cultural atmosphere focusing on the development of life and provide teacher training on the topic of life education. Besides, we also need to strengthen the realization of the self-value of life, pay attention to the development of life consciousness in the educational teaching practice and reflection. |
