With the contemporary renovation on the running of the schools, schools place more emphasis on the development of teachers. In some degree,schools still focus on the external cultivation of teachers rather than internal cultivation.This research, trying to basing on the teachers’ actual developments at school,establishing the ladder theory on teachers’dynamic development are actually deliberated. Through deeply analyzed traits of different stages about teachers’development, discussed how to refine teachers’life on their own will,the theoreticalresults of this theme will be fully enriched. In terms of the classic theory about ’Teachers developmental stage’ research, the writer structures the framework on developmental stage as’career teachers-professional teachers-life-conscious teachers.’M school is a sample in this study. The writer uses some methods as investigations, interviews, data reference and the case study to probe into developmental requirements in three periods.extracting the effective paths of teachers’developments in different stages which is suitable to this school. Through this progress of study, the writer realizes that teachers developments is a kind of continuous and dynamic process from perpetual creating developmental needs to perpetual building growing ladder, from perpetual grown achievements to perpetual producing new needs.In the view of foregoing, the writer purposes three consequences and suggestions on teachers how to cultivate teachers’life self-consciousness as follows.The development of teachers is a step-by-step type. The differences from ladders are resources which help teachers develop together. The paths of teachers’development are various. The personal demands should be used as strength so that teachers’personal characters can be well built. The development of teachers should be fluctuating. Practice must be applied as frequently as possible. Therefore, the significance to teachers’development can be realized.
