Research On The Mode Of Promoting Professional Practice Ability Of Software Engineering College Students By Using Crowdsourcing Platform

The software industry is a basic,leading,strategic and supporting industry in the development of national economy and society,which plays an important role in supporting and leading the development of economy and society.With the rapid development of economy and society,the demand for software talents is increasing.It is particularly important to cultivate students’ practical ability in software engineering.However,at present,colleges and universities are faced with some problems in cultivating students’ practical ability in software engineering,such as less training funds,insufficient experimental equipment and conditions,and lack of actual project developmentability.The professional practice ability cannot obtain the market inspection and so on.The practical ability training method of software engineering major under the technical support can provide a good solution for the cultivation of university,especially the crowdsourcing platform with software project can be used as the platform to enhance the practical ability of the software engineering major of students.It provides a new situation of practice,a new mode of cooperation and communication and a more flexible operation procedure for the cultivation of practical ability of software engineering major in colleges and universities.This paper first analyzes the related research achievements of software engineering university students’ professional practice ability and crowdsourcing platform;then,designs a model to promote the professional practical ability of software engineering college students by using crowdsourcing platform.The main flow of the model includes: clearly cultivating goals and selecting crowdsourcing Platform,selection of tasks on crowdsourcing platform,signing contracts,performing tasks,acceptance tasks,receiving remuneration,evaluation,etc.;Finally,through the comparative experiment,the model is applied in practice.The results of the experiment are evaluated by three ways: work analysis,questionnaire survey and teacher interview.The experimental results show that,by applying the practice mode proposed by this study,to a certain extent,it promotes the professional practice ability of software engineering students,especially the improvement of situational practice ability.This paper is divided into five chapters,the specific structure and content are as follows:Chapter 1: the main content is to discuss the research feasibility and necessity of the study,research significance and purpose,as well as the method used in the research process and research content,and elaborated the research status of the crowdsourcing platform at home and abroad.Chapter 2: the main content is to describe the related work through literature analysis,including the research of relevant theories and the definition of related concepts.Chapter 3: the main content is to construct the pattern.Firstly,the principle of pattern construction is introduced,then the constituent elements of the pattern are analyzed.Finally,the whole pattern is constructed and described concretely.Chapter 4: the main content is to verify the model of this study,design the contrast experiment between the experimental group and the control group,after the experiment,through the work analysis,questionnaire survey,teacher interview three aspects respectively to evaluate the effect.It is proved that this model can promote the professional practice ability of software engineering college students.Chapter 5: the main content is the summary and insufficient explanation of this research.
