Research On The Cloud Platform Mode Innovation Of University Information Service Enterprises

Informatization of colleges and universities is an important means to promote the reform and innovation of college education.It is an important tool to support the rational allocation and orderly operation of school resources,promote education equity,enhance the competitiveness of colleges and universities,and serve the modernization of the country.In recent years,driven by various factors such as policy support and emerging technology applications,the university information market has experienced explosive growth.However,the traditional project-based R&D and delivery model limits the product innovation and delivery efficiency of university information service enterprises,which is difficult to adapt to changes of the environment and its growth is weak.As one of the current mainstream business models,the ecological model based on cloud platform has changed the service model of many industries,and also brought opportunities and challenges for college information service enterprises.Therefore,based on the theory of information system management,business model and service innovation,and the principle of combining analysis,induction and practice,this thesis studies the network-value-based cloud platform model innovation of university information service enterprises.Firstly,on the basis of introducing the application and its main implementation of university information system,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of university information service enterprises,sorts out the existing main service modes and characteristics of university information service enterprises,and discusses the evolution and development status of universities' information service modes in china.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the main problems faced by information service enterprises in development and the causes of these problems,such as its own research and development ability,talent,market competition,etc..And further analyzes the macro environment of the development of information service enterprises from the aspects of politics,economy,society and technology,By using Porter's five-force model to analyze the competitive environment of this industry,the opportunities and challenges faced by the industry development are clarified,the development ideas of university information service enterprises are further determined,and the necessity and feasibility of cloud platform mode innovation are analyzed.Then,based on the elements description of cloud platform service model and this service model design ideas for university information service enterprises,based on the value network theory,a cloud platform service model is adopted to suit the university information service enterprises,exploratory designed the architecture of this service model,and proposed the relevant elements involved in the architecture.This service model focuses on users' value,using the cloud platform as a means,taking the connection and efficiency as a breakthrough,integrating the internal and external value chains around the core competence of the enterprise,constructing a collaborative and win-win business ecology,integrates and adds value,and strengthens the ability of enterprises to resist market risks.Finally,through the cloud platform service model innovation in S enterprise application case analysis,the cloud platform service model architecture is verified from the practical level.
