The problem that this article studies is the problem of employee pressure in resource-based companies.Through investigation and research,we face the pressure problem of employees in resource-based enterprises and take stress-affected employees as research objects.We use psychoanalysis theory,superiority perspective theory,ecosystem theory,and crisis.Intervention theory and other theories as the theoretical basis and guidance of this study led to a more typical pressure performance.Based on this,it further explored the deep-seated reasons for the pressure of employees in resource-based enterprises,through a case work intervention and the development of five group activities.It has achieved the effect of helping the investigator to relieve stress and learn how to deal with stress correctly.In the last part of the thesis,the social work methods and corporate social work itself were rethought.The development of comprehensive theories and practical work raised the awareness of the company’s social work.,Give full play to the main roles of employees,adjust corporate management strategies,win outside support for social work,and promote humanistic care in social work.
