Ethical Reflection In The Process Of Social Work Intervening In Children's Sex Education

In recent years,child sexual abuse has become a social problem in China,and it has gradually developed into a social problem.In the course of my internship,I have come into contact with this kind of group,and I have felt that during their growing up at this stage,as a result of the gradual changes in their bodies,The lack of clear sexual concepts and the occasional abnormal sense of sexual mystery and shame have had a negative impact on their lives and social life,and they have been reminded of the ongoing cases of sexual assault and sexual assault by elementary school children in society.It is necessary to carry out proper sex education for this kind of students,but the existing environment is not conducive to carrying out sex education,and social work is needed to intervene.Social work involvement in childminders sex education is a socialized process of educating the educated about sex science,sexual morality and sexual civilization,so that the educate can play with others naturally with a healthy and positive attitude.The main educational groups in this paper are children aged 6 to 14,and the secondary education groups are parents and teachers.When social workers in H institution carry out child sex education,they are involved in school work and the community by the role of third party,and take on the roles of educator,supporter,assistant and so on,and these roles are exactly what children need in the stage of puberty.The author obtained the data of the research by means of participatory observation,interview and literature.Use case,group,community three professional methods of social work international education.However,social workers will encounter a lot of ethical problems in the process of intervention because of their values or positions.This article mainly from the value neutrality and the dual relation two ethics aspect,the interview to the H organization social worker In order to clarify the ethical dilemma and the choices made in carrying out sex education activities,social workers can maintain ethical sensitivity in the practical operation of childminders sex education,so as to better promote the formation of professional relations.Provide better and more efficient services for children in need of sex education.
