This paper is a study on the transformation of social work professional ethics system from structural mode to action mode.It takes the theory of ethics work as the starting point, and implements it into the everyday practice of social work master students. In the face of all kinds of “unethical climate”,although the professional ethics system has been completed, the traditional understanding of professional ethics in principle and structure is not enough. Therefore,we need a new perspective to respond to the increasingly serious new problems.Ethics work theory advocates that we should examine the ethics in professional life in action, and pay attention to the life world,as well as the personality and emotions of social workers. These are the things that the traditional ethics actively hides and suppresses, but let us to become aware of the ethical problems with the situation more sensitively. It contains seven dimensions : framing work, role work, emotion work, identity work, reason work, relationship work, performance work.Based on the framework of ethics work, this paper describes the appearance of the ethical practice of students in the Master of Social Work(MSW)program, and especially pays attention to its everyday ethics in study and practice,as well as personality traits, emotions and experience and other personalized factors,so as to discover and clarify a series of problems. The author conducted an in-depth interview for 15 students, combined with experience and historical analysis, and reached the following main conclusions.First, the ethical practice of students is based on "respect for persons",guided by everyday ethics, focused on reason work, and centered on value identity.Second, this paper takes two hubs of ethics work for reference: with emotion work as the hub, students are engaged in emotional labor about pride and shame, but also are forced to empathize with others,so that the need for self-care becomes urgent. With the second hub being performance work, students' daily practice reflects the moralization of performance work, the blurring of practice boundary, andthe engagement of working relationships.Third, the core of ethics work should leave a place for politics, and the unethical climate is formed by interlocking oppression mechanisms. The author brings the above premises into the analysis of the operation of social work institutions, and finds that in the process of organization ethics suppressing professional ethics, the space for personalized care has also been squeezed excessively.Combining these findings, the author summarizes the action scheme for everyday ethical practice of MSW students, which is an attempt to localize ethics work;and improves the framework of ethics work to make it more hierarchical and universal. Finally, this article discusses the three topics of "the pan-moralization of professional practice","professional integrity" and that "professional discourse must be defended",and puts forward the strategies to solve the problems with the three aspects of ethical practice, ethical education and social work system construction.
