Under the new curriculum reform,it is required to emphasize the independent inquiry learning and students' main position in history class.Under the reform of new curriculum,the history class emphasizes self-inquiry learning and students' dominance in the process of learning.Furthermore,it pays more attention to students' thinking ability and the cultivation of history key competence.In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to optimize traditional teaching methods and propose the “problem-based learning method” in history teaching.It is proved that this method is feasible and effective in high school history classroom.The "problem-based learning method" is centered on the problems.The teacher integrates the teaching content into specific problems and guides the students to think about teaching methods actively.During the period of educational practice,the research went into the class and extensively carried out “problem-based learning method” among students and teachers.Based on the investigation of current situation,some problems have been found in history classroom teaching and some suggestions have put forward as well.That is to say,it is essential to change teacher's teaching concepts and follow the "problem-based learning method" on the basis of understanding the learning situation.The principles and strategies for preparing lessons and instructional design need to be stressed.What's more,the "problem-based learning method" can not only stimulate students' interest in learning and strengthening students' problem awareness,but also deepen the function of problem-based teaching methods.The results show that the problem-based teaching method is conducive to improve students' analyzing and solving problem abilities.Moreover,it can mobilize the enthusiasm of students to study history and promote the successful teaching tasks in history classroom.Last but not least,it can promote students' humanistic qualities and history key competences,which is beneficial to achieve teaching goals intensively.The application of "problem-based learning method" provides an effective teaching practice for history teachers in high school history classroom teaching.
