In today's society with increasingly fierce international talent competition,China has followed the steps of developed countries to study the core quality system.The 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)clearly pointed out that,fwe should fully implement the party's educational policy,implement the fundamental task of promoting morality and cultivating people,and develop quality-oriented education.High school physics course is a basic course in the field of natural science,which plays a decisive role in cultivating the core qualities of high school students.Scientific inquiry quality is an important part of the core quality of physics discipline,as well as the key ability embodiment of the core quality of physics discipline,which plays a key role in the lifelong development of students.Problem teaching method is one of the most widely used teaching methods by middle school teachers at present.It is a developmental teaching method.Through problem teaching method,students' awareness of problems,ability of scientific inquiry,ability of analysis and demonstration,and ability of cooperation and communication can be cultivated.In view of this,the author intends to explore the teaching strategy of cultivating students*scientific inquiry quality through the problem teaching method and combining the current high school physics teaching situation,so as to provide some references for the front-line physics teachers in high school to update their teaching concepts and improve the teaching quality.The main research methods used in this project are literature research,investigation,action research,etc.First of all,on the basis of a lot of literature,this paper discusses the background and research status of literacy,summanzes the deficiencies and points out the research content.Secondly,it expounds the connotation of core accomplishment and scientific inquiry accomplishment of physics discipline,expounds the concept,theoretical basis,operational procedures and operational principles of problem teaching method,and analyzes the fit relationship between scientific inquiry accomplishment and problem teaching method.Again,through the student questionnaire and teacher interview,science inquiry for the current problem teaching method and student literacy form has earried on the investigation and analysis,in view of the problems found during the investigation,analysis for the use of question teaching method in high school physics classroom teaching strategies:1.Focus on the problem situation creation,cultivate students1 problem consciousness;2.Attach importance to scientific issues and guide students in scientific inquiry;3.Focus on problem solving process and develop students1 scientific inquiry ability;4.Advocate group cooperative learning to improve cooperation and communication ability.Finally,according to the proposed strategies and the opportunity of internship in middle school,the teaching design and implementation of one class of friction of high school physics in pep edition were earried out under the guidance of the tutor.Through theoretical analysis and practical exploration,the author concludes that the use of problem teaching method can effectively cultivate students' scientific inquiry quality,improve students' problem awareness,experimental exploration ability,analytical reasoning ability and cooperative communication ability.
