The scientific quality of the public,especially the quality of adolescent science literacy,is related to the process of building an innovative country in China and also affects the overall national strength of our country.In recent years,the country has vigorously promoted the scientific development of all citizens,encouraged the use of social resources to develop the science popularization industry,hope the qualified companies to open up to the public,and promoted the construction of science popularization sites.On the other hand,the rapid development of academic study tours(Industrial Tourism)for primary and middle school students also points the way for the further development of industrial tourism.This paper is different from the popular industrial tourism which is aimed at a general audience,and it makes innovative combination of the popular demand of middle and high school students and industrial tourism and divined a market segment for middle and high school students.On the one hand,the results of the study provide a new way to expand the practice place of science popularization among middle and high school students.On the other hand,it also exploits a new market for the development of industrial tourism in Huangpu District and Guangzhou Development Zone which is beneficial to obtain a new growth pole.Guangzhou Huangpu District and Guangzhou Development Zone occupy unique geographical location,and benefit from its industrial resources and policy advantages,however,its industrial tourism does not get substantial development since the launch of"Guangzhou Industrial Day Tour" in 2010.From the perspective of demand for popularization of science of middle and high school students,this paper aims to analyze problems existed in the development of industrial tourism by conducting a questionnaire survey on the middle and high school students,visiting industrial to===urism enterprises,and sorting out the resources of 28 industrial tourism enterprises.Result shows that the students get more pleasure than their demands for knowledge in the process of popularizing science,and their emotional demand overweight the material demand for the exploration of science popularization knowledge itself.Aiming at these with high demand for types,learning forms,channels of popularizing science,demand preferences for organization,content of popular science activities such as food and beverage,popular science film and television,and learn about popularizing science through the Internet,desire to participate in popularizing science activities organized by the school,and have a strong interest in the manufacturing process of industrial tourism,etc.This paper puts forward the product optimization strategy on the product's concetpt,product's content,product's function,product form and product marketing.
