Along with the rapid development of economy and the acceleration urbanization process,a large number of peasant workers have move into the cities,the scale of the floating population has become increasingly large.The trend of family mobility is increasing.The number of migrant children is gradually increasing.0 ~ 6 years old is the most rapid and important period of cognitive development.Pre-school education can lay a solid foundation for human development.However,the migrant children’s parentshave neglected their children’s early development and lack of scientific family education way due to their cultural,economic conditions and the Household Registration System.At the same time,the migrant children cannot enjoy the same pre-school education as urban children.The lack of resources for pre-school education in the community leads to poor early education for migrant children,which is not conducive to the development of migrant children.It is very important for social work to improve the preschool education of migrant children by linking resources and developing community education.The writer did an internship at F center over three months.Under the help of interviewing method and observational method,the writer did an investigation at S community,and found some problems and needs of migrant pre-school children and their parents encountered.Taking the migrant children’s early development project in Guangzhou as a platform,this paper explores the intervention of social work in community education for themigrant pre-school children.On the one hand,this study expounds related practical situation of the migrant children’s early development project.On the other hand,the writer evaluated the demands of group members by participating in the parent-child early education class in F center.According to the original curriculum system,social workers constantly adjust the theme activities of parent-child early education classrooms to meet the needs of team members.The writer observed the performance of members and made a record in the classroom.The author used the parent feedback form to evaluate the effectiveness of the parent-child early education class.Lastly,the results of parent-child early education were evaluated using parental feedback form.Through practical research,The writer found that the practice mode of education of social worker involved in mobile preschool children’s community has the advantages and characteristics of community demand,multi-agent participation and self-service.The writer summarizes how social work intervenes in the community education of migrant pre-school children.The writer finds that the experience of social work involves the use of various activities,the sustainability of education community and the full integration of resources.On this basis,the writer makes a deep reflection.The writer finds that when social worker involved in migrant pre-school children’s community education,they found problems such as the high liquidity of service targets,the inadequate attention paid by the community,the shortage of funds and talents in the project.Therefore,the author proposed relevant suggestions including increasing government support,fully integrating community resources,and improving the service team structure.This study provides reference for the development of education inmigrant pre-school children’s community.
