With the development and transformation of our society,the gap between urban and rural areas is increasing while the urban infrastructure is being built.More and more rural labor force is going to the metropolis to seek opportunities for entrepreneurship.Thus the special group,floating children,was produced.Migrant children’s mobility can’t lead to normal education,school education predicament and their weak family education environment,which makes mobile children face more challenges than native children.They have more gaps in school and family education and more diverse educational needs,which need to be filled by community education.Based on the practice of social work as the research foundation,firstly carried out the practice lasted five weeks in Lanzhou City,cedar Lane community,work mainly through on-the-spot investigation,interview and literature review,questionnaires and other methods to collect material,carries on the demand analysis and the basic situation of the solution.The design of this intervention mainly uses the theory of dominant perspective and the theory of social support as professional guidance.The general goal is to carry out the four open up a fresh outlook group activities,the problem of migrant children education of Hui nationality community is more concerned by people.The researchers selected 38 Hui migrant children on the campus to divide them into 5 groups."Let me know you","I am the best","love to help","superstar" as the theme of the activities.In order to create a good living environment,we use the resources of various channels in the community and the advantages of the Hui nationality.The community residents are invited to participate actively and help the Hui migrant children actively by the power of the people.Through these 4 interventions,we can enhance Hui migrant children’s understanding of self,enhance self-confidence,improve interpersonal communication skills,improve parent-child relationship,increase Hui’s floating children’s identity,attachment and pride towards urban and community.Promote their better integration into community integration.Many problems were also found in the intervention process: first,the differences and contradictions between children and their parents in community education;two,the professional skills level of Hui migrant children’s community education was relatively low;three,the imperfect mechanism was not implemented;four,the resource integration ability was insufficient.Based on the above problems,the researcher puts forward the intervention strategy.Taking practice as an example,through action research,we analyze the strategic arrangement of social work to achieve intervention,conduct in-depth assessment analysis and reflection summary on its implementation,so as to facilitate other social organizations to provide reference for developing community education related to floating children.
