| It is a significant measure of new personnel training in the 21 st century to improve the key competence for middle school students’ development,which requires that the students must adapt to the trend of social development nowadays and develop the corresponding learning ability and innovation ability.From the international perspective,major developed countries have already stressed the importance of cultivating the core literacy of music,and have developed a mature music education system.Music,as a vital course in the field of humanities,is the most important carrier for training students’ core literacy of music,which is irreplaceable by any other subject.In view of the domestic situation,it is the key link and crucial way for China to advocate "improving aesthetic education teaching and improving students’ aesthetic and humanistic attainment" to focus on music education and intensify the music core quality.The key to securing a place for music education of our country in the international education forest is upgrading the music core quality of students as a whole.To date,our country has been in a stage with the prominent problem of urban-rural dual structure,especially the music education of higher professional requirements has been more stratified.In response to the strategy of revitalizing the countryside at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we need not only strengthen the recognition of cultivating core literacy of music,but also identify the gap between urban and rural areas in the cultivation of core literacy of music to ultimately promote the integrated construction of urban and rural education,so as to actively formulate and improve targeted suggestions to emphatically reinforce the cultivation of music core literacy in rural areas to deal with the existing problems,and shorten the music education differences between urban and rural areas.Combined with related literature data,the paper conducts an investigation and analysis of the current situation of music core accomplishment in middle school taking junior middle schools in Changde as sample,in which the underlying reasons are analyzed and some feasible suggestions for improvement of music core literacy injunior high school students are given.At present,a variety of major problems have existed in music education in our country,such as incomplete teaching faculties,low learning interest of students etc.The main reason for these problems is that the influence of exam-oriented education on leaders,teachers and parents is "deeply rooted" due to the social demand for scientific talents and the actual situation of economic and cultural level in different regions in the context of exam-oriented education,leading to the development of music core quality cultivation being restricted.Admission to an ideal higher school is given top priority by schools,teachers and students.The importance of music education to students’ growth is ignored with too much emphasis being laid on culture.Finally,targeted suggestions are raised specific to the four elements of music core quality: With music aesthetic and experience as the core,music performance and music culture are set as classroom contents.Develop music basic knowledge and basic skills to develop music capability and quality.It was intended to help guide the promotion of music core quality in practice,enhance students’ in-depth understanding of music,and make students resonate with music and fully understand the music culture.It was hoped to put forward some useful suggestions for the above problems,and provide reference for the study of music core literacy of other phases of studying. |
