| Since the implementation of new curriculum standard of music teaching in Changde city,Hunan province,more and more teachers realize the importance of music education for talent training in the twenty-first Century society,the government has gradually increased the intensity of the music teaching reform.On the one hand,the institution in charge of discipline organizes the music core teachers to learn the concept of music teaching under the new curriculum in the form of lectures,training,seminars and competitions.On the other hand,solicit the views of music teachers to curriculum reform extensively,determine the ultimate goal of music curriculum reform,tap the potential resources based on full use of existing teaching resources.In brief,the music teaching mode exploration of Changde under the new curriculum standard has been in the journey of continuous exploration,innovation,reflection and improvement.Despite many difficulties we have met but achieved certain achievements in teaching.Although we have made some achievements in teaching,a lot of teaching disadvantages become prominent.In the new era of music teaching,we must correctly understand the characteristics and rules of music education,summarize the deficiencies existing in the teaching mode,improve and explore new teaching mode,which will become a priority among priorities in twenty-first Century in music teaching.In this paper,with the background of Changde city,Hunan Province,analysis the shortcomings of current junior high school music teaching in depth.By randomly selected teachers and students from junior high school of Changde city,the questionnaire is investigated,and analysis the shortcomings of music teaching mode in this city,and put forward improvement opinions,in order to enhance music class teaching efficiency of junior high school under the new curriculum standard and realize the sustainable development of music teaching.This paper is divided into four parts.Chapter 1.Introduction.Briefly introduce the research background,purpose and significance of research,literature review,research ideas and methods.Chapter 2.Describe the basic theory of junior high school music teaching in the new curriculum from the music curriculum standard,music teaching model definition,characteristics,categories and principles.Chapter 3.The survey of 39 teachers and 243 students in Changde City junior high School are investigated in the form of a questionnaire from music classroom teaching philosophy,music classroom teaching methods,students’ music learning condition,the second music classroom,students learning effect evaluation methods,music curriculum evaluation and value cognition.And then sum up the main disadvantages existing in Changde City junior high school music teaching.Chapter 4.Put forward music teaching mode of junior high school under the new curriculum standard,including independent innovation model,interaction model,inspire interest mode,extracurricular practice mode,evaluation and feedback mode. |
