Abstract/Summary:
In the track and field teaching of PE major in colleges and universities in our country,due to the decrease of the number of teaching hours,the phenomenon of "focusing on teaching and learning quality" appeared.How to improve the physical quality of students during the limited teaching time while completing the task of technical teaching has become a problem worthy of our consideration and much-needed improvement.The quality of lower extremity explosive for athletics jump project,is the strength of the basic skills and ability to master the formation and mastery of the basic ability of the experiment in the track and field teaching to add explosive qualities of lower extremity exercises designed to explore physical fitness for students to prepare physical and mental preparation Status and the influence of track and field teaching,including physical quality,mastery of motor skills and knowledge and skills,subjective participation,achievement of technical evaluation and other indicators,and provide some ideas and suggestions for better track and field teaching in the future.In this study,the impact of lower extremity explosive training on the teaching effect of the jump project of physical education majors in colleges and universities.based on the literature and expert interviews,the experimental group and control group comparative experimental study.In the experiment of 5 weeks,under the premise of keeping the same teaching content and arrangement,the experiment group was added 15-20 minutes of different combinations of lower extremity explosive quality exercises after preparing for activities,and the control group was dominated by traveling General special quality exercises to explore the changes in the two indicators before and after the experiment and data,and systematic comparison and analysis.After 5 weeks of teaching,the physical quality of the experimental group and the control group all improved to some extent,and all completed the learning tasks of the jumping project on schedule and passed the examination.In contrast,after 5 weeks of lower extremity explosive quality of the experimental group overall improvement is even more apparent.Among them,the experimental group indicators such as the standing long jump,standing triple jump,the vertical jump to touch high,and 30 meters high speed running performance growth were greater than the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in standing long jump and the vertical jump to touch high;Although there was no significant difference between the standard scores and technical performance scores of the two groups,the technical performance of the long jump and long distance test in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.The performance of the high jump standard was also better.At the same time,through the analysis of the experimental group students’ physical fitness practice and the subjective evaluation form of teaching effect,it is concluded that most of the students think that they have very good mastery of motor skills and knowledge and skills,subjective participation,practice effect and body preparation status Greatly improved,and in the track and field teaching in the future to increase the number of basic physical fitness to improve the practice of this proposal agrees and support.We finally come to the conclusions as follows:1.In the track and field teaching class to increase the explosive quality of lower extremity exercises,the experimental group of students improve physical fitness more significantly,the state of physical preparation has been effectively activated,jumping project standards and technical evaluation scores improve more than the control group,the practice effect of the class is better and plays an effective role to prevent sports injuries.2.During the practice of lower extremity explosive qualities,students ’knowledge,skills and motor skills are improved,students’ methods and means of mastering teaching as well as overall understanding of the classroom are improved,and their practical ability of teaching is improved.At the same time,their enthusiasm for participating in classroom teaching is stimulated,their self-awareness and will quality are cultivated.3.In the teaching of track and field into small and medium-intensity intensive combination of lower extremity explosive quality practice,the practice load control within a reasonable range,to a certain extent,can optimize the classroom teaching effectiveness.
