Improving lower limb explosive power is an important part of sprinters’ training,which is closely related to the training mode of lower limb strength.At present,many experts at home and abroad put forward that the Bulgarian squat of single leg strength training is better than the squat of double leg strength training in improving the lower limb explosive force,and the single leg strength training must be based on the strength training of both legs in order to get better development.Based on this,this study adopts Bulgarian squat and squat combined lower extremity strength training method for sprinters,and discusses and analyzes the training effect of lower extremity explosive force,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for coaches to further develop athletes’ lower extremity explosive force in training.This research mainly adopts the method of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.Sixteen male second-grade sprinters were recruited and randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group of eight for eight weeks of training.The experimental group used Bulgarian squat combined with squat lower extremity strength training,while the control group used traditional squat lower extremity strength training.To choose the index reflecting the speed of the lower limbs explosive class(30 meters,60 meters),to skip class index(standing long jump,triple jump,high in situ jump your feet touch),power indicator(1 rm squats)before the experiment after experiment were tested respectively,through the study of the statistical analysis of the data,the following main conclusions:(1)Both the Bulgarian squat and squat combined training method and the traditional squat training method can effectively improve the performance of 30m and 60m race(P<0.05),and the Bulgarian squat and squat combined training method is better(P<0.05).(2)Bulgarian squat and squat combined training can improve standing long jump and standing triple jump results(P<0.01),but there is no significant difference in the improvement of standing foot take-off high touch performance(P>0.05).The traditional squat training method can improve the standing triple jump performance(P<0.01),but there is no significant difference in standing long jump and standing foot take-off touch performance(P>0.05).The results of standing long jump and standing triple jump were significantly improved by the training method of Bugaria squat and squat combined with the traditional squat training method(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two training methods in improving the performance of standing foot take-off touch height(P>0.05).(3)Both the Bulgarian squat combined with squat training and the traditional squat training can significantly improve the performance of 1RM squat(P<0.01),and the Bulgarian squat combined with squat training is better than the traditional squat training(P<0.01).(4)Starting from the training efficiency of developing sprinters’ lower limb explosive power,the Bulgarian squat and squat combined training method is better than the traditional squat training method. |
