With the development of social situation and graduate education,graduate students have become the talents of innovation and development,an important driving force for social progress.However,the important and special group showed that the social responsibility and social responsibility is uneven and not satisfactory.The cultivation of students' social responsibility has become the consensus of the whole society with an important issue.The factors of influencing postgraduates' sense of social responsibility cultivating is the social environment,family education,school education and research students in many aspects of this subject.Regardless of the social environment and the impact of family education,the article focus on how to pass the external graduate school during the school education,how to stimulate graduate students subjective initiative effectively,and how to effect the cultivation of graduate students,enhance the sense of social responsibility furthest.The Shanxi college graduate is based on the theory of education and in the classroom education general in the sense of social responsibility education in.However in fact the graduate students have a theory of cognitive structure and have considerable reserves yet as in the advanced stage.And they have a lot of free time in addition to classroom research.Simple classroom education has been not able to meet the demand of postgraduates and the actual needs of social responsibility education.In the study of students'social responsibility education and the ideological and political education,any value must of education going through the graduate students of their own choice,and to promote the internalization of knowledge and the process can be realized well,any social responsibility awareness and recognition must also be to consolidate and develop through practice to show the effect.We must mobilize the initiative to actively participate in the independent management practice through the effective management of graduate students.The point of theory and practice,knowledge and practice,campus and society is the best way to enhance the sense of social responsibility of students.It can not only enhance the sense of social responsibility education,research on improving students'social adaptability and innovation quality,effectively promote the comprehensive qualities of students improve,also can alleviate the research on large-scale expansion brought the students full-time management personnel shortage,improve the efficiency and management of graduate students the level of through the system,widely and consciously practice the effectiveness of independent management.To study the students' social responsibility status,this paper based on literature analysis,theoretical analysis,questionnaire survey,interview survey method of combining empirical.The article analysis problems,influencing factors,postgraduate social practice,the management of social responsibility training role,and then explores the effective way to cultivate the sense of social responsibility of graduate students from the management of graduate students.
