In recent years, corporate social responsibility has attracted wide attention from all walksof life.As an important decision-maker in the formulation and implementation of corporate social responsibility strategy, the executive team plays a specific role in the formulation of corporate social responsibility related policies and the performance of social responsibility behavior. The increasing productivity has led to the sublimation of human thoughts.Modern enterprise management has become increasingly diversified, responsible, and humane.Women have occupied more and more seats in corporate executives. So,what kind of influence can female's leadership characteristics have on the development of corporate social responsibility? Does female's participation in the executive team contribute to corporate social responsibility? Based on this background, this study hopes to explore the influence relationship and the mechanism of action between the characteristics of female's leadership and the performance of corporate social responsibility,in order to provide insights and suggestions for the future development of academic and practical development in this field. On the basis of the existing literature research, this study puts forward the theoretical model of the influence of female leadership on corporate social responsibility performance, and carries out an empirical test, and further validates the intermediary role of corporate social responsibility management between the two.The specific research work includes three aspects:The first, based on the theories of management, social psychology and organizational behavior, this study combs the related literature and sums up the five leadership characteristics of women: flexible leadership, belief motivation, work inspiration, humanistic care and moral awareness. The CRITIC weighting method was used to empower female's leadership characteristics, and the leadership characteristics scores were calculated for each sample of men and women, and gender differences and significant comparative analysis were conducted to verify the female leadership characteristics that were summarized in this study,in order to verify the objectivity and practicality of the female leadership characteristics that have been validated by research theory,it lays a foundation for the verification of theoretical models. The second, using the system theory as the methodological basis for the research model, based on the social contract theory, the feminist ethics of care, and the person job matchingtheory,a theoretical conceptual model of the influence of female's leadership characteristics on corporate social responsibility performance is constructed, and the research hypothesis is put forward. It lays the theoretical foundation for the empirical test.Through the improvement of the revised scale, through the questionnaire survey of multi region and multi industry,we obtain sufficient sample data. After the analysis of the reliability and validity of the scale, the structural equation model is used to test and analyze the direct response model and hypothesis of female leadership characteristics and corporate social responsibility performance. The third,on the basis of verifying the direct effect model, this paper uses the structural equation model to further examine the intermediary effect of corporate social responsibility management in the relationship between female leadership characteristics and corporate social responsibility performance, and finally proves the scientific rationality of this model.Through research,it has been found that the five female's leadership characteristics differentiated from men in this study are reasonable and objective.Female's leadership characteristics have a positive effect on corporate social responsibility performance. The corporate social responsibility management was a mediator in the relationship between the female leadership characteristics and the corporate social responsibility performance. The contribution of this study has three aspects:(1)Based on combing related theories, the scale developed by the predecessors was revised and supplemented, and a scale with good reliability and validity suitable for this study was developed.(2)Innovatively using quantitative analysis methods to test the theoretical characteristics of female leadership that are summarized.(3)Puting forward “the characteristics of female's leadership-corporate social responsibility management-corporate social responsibility performance” model and using empirical research to verify the scientificity of this mediation model. Finally, based on the findings, this study has drawn the following inspirations for promoting corporate social responsibility performance:(1)At the organizational level, companies need to create more opportunities and conditions for female's development;(2)At the national level, the government needs to create a more favorable policy environment for female's development;(3)At the social level, society needs to build a more favorable public opinion environment for female's development.
