Research On The Contemporary Of Social Work Service For Youth From Multiple Perspectives

This study aims to from multiple perspective taking jinan as an example,from the micro level of China’s current situation of adolescent social work service,and then find out the problems and put forward the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures.The content structure of this study is:the first chapter of the study is the introduction,and the content of this chapter is the background of the research and the summary of relevant researches in the past.The second chapter of the study is related theory and research process,relevant theories have social system theory and interpersonal communication theory.The sampling method adopted by the institute is to judge the sampling,and the method of collecting data used by the institute is semi-structured interview,participation observation and literature method.The main subjects of this study are adolescent social work service.The third chapter of this study for teenagers in jinan,the present situation of the social work service description,the author from the cause of the service activities in the first quarter,the specific content of service activities,the service object to service whether matching and its reason,the effects of this a few Angle to render the adolescent social workers under the perspective of jinan social work service.In the second section the author from the service plan,service work,and the evaluation of the service of the three angles to render the social work organization managers under the perspective of jinan adolescent social work service.In the third quarter,the author described by teenagers and their parents to jinan to carry out the main evaluation and the reasons of the adolescent social work services,to render the service object under the perspective of jinan
