| In recent years,functional training is a kind of training method that scholars at home and abroad have studied more.It takes the stability of the core part as the main training content,and emphasizes the dynamic balance training under the integrated control of multi-angles,multi-planes and movements.With the improvement of the competitive level of Wushu Changquan,Changquan athletes are constantly developing in high,difficult,beautiful and new directions in the aspects of movement structure,arrangement,movement speed,difficulty and soaring,which puts forward higher requirements for athletes’ special physical quality.Good physical fitness is not only the guarantee for athletes to complete difficult skills and improve sports quality,but also plays an important role in reducing sports injuries and prolonging sports life.Functional training is the training of movements and postures.Under proper load,the effective and scientific implementation and completion of movement patterns will help improve the coordination ability of each muscle group,realize the integrity of the sports chain,and thus better improve the special physical quality.Through combing the functional training theory and cutting-edge training practice,this paper studies the impact of functional training on the special physical fitness of Wushu Changquan athletes from the perspective of functional training,and puts forward a reasonable functional training scheme according to the test results.Taking Wushu Changquan athletes of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as the experimental objects,this paper uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to explore the impact of functional training on the special physical fitness of Wushu Changquan athletes.The concrete results are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in the results of various indexes of special physical fitness tests of athletes in the experimental group before and after the experiment(p<0.05);Before and after the experiment,the results of various indexes of the athletes’ special physical fitness test in the control group showed significant difference except for the special strength quality index(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other special physical fitness indexes(p>0.05).(2)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in indicators such as quick punching,quick single-beat swing,vertical fork,oolong hitting,quick footwork and one-minute flying(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in indicators such as double-beat and double-fly on supine(p>0.05).(3)After the experiment,there was a significant difference in FMS between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.01).Moreover,the asymmetry rate of athletes in the experimental group in straight leg squat,shoulder flexibility,active knee lifting and body rotation stability is lower than that in the control group.Research conclusions:(1)After 12-week intervention experiment,the athletes’ special physical fitness level with functional training has been obviously improved;Although the traditional physical training has improved the athletes’ special physical quality level,there are no significant differences in other qualities except the results of special strength quality.(2)Functional training can obviously promote athletes’ special speed,special strength,special flexibility,special sensitivity and special endurance quality,but compared with traditional physical training,there is no obvious difference between the two.(3)The effect of functional training on promoting athletes’ basic sports ability in the experimental group is obviously higher than that in the control group with traditional physical training;At the same time,functional training also plays an important role in reducing the asymmetry of athletes’ limbs. |
