| With the continuous development of social economy,the pluralistic social environment has brought challenges to the previous training mode of private college student cadres.It is not only the requirement of the times,but also the necessary measure for the private colleges to seek long-term development for the innovation of the training mode of the private college student cadres.However,there are some problems in the training mode of private college student cadres,such as unclear training objectives,incomplete training content and imperfect training mechanism.In the face of the current complex and changing social environment,is committed to the private college student cadres training mode optimization and innovation has important significance to meet the new era of national talent demand,promote the steady development of private colleges and improve the comprehensive quality of student cadres.By using the method of literature research and system analysis,this paper develops the idea of posing problems--analyzing problems and solving problems,Taking the training mode of private university student cadres as the research object,this paper clarifies the concept of private colleges,student leaders and training mode,The current situation of training mode of student cadres in private colleges is studied,It is found that there are some problems such as unclear training objectives,incomplete training content,imperfect training mechanism,and the reasons are discussed,It is believed that it is due to the lack of correct training idea,the restriction of the system of private colleges and universities,the low quality of student leaders and the lack of consciousness of training subjects.In view of the current problems of the training mode of student cadres in private colleges and universities,Guided by the theory of role conflict,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and Marx’s theory of all-round development of human beings,From setting up the concept of training,the correct clear student cadre training aim and enrich student cadres training content,improve the student cadre training mechanism,clear main responsibility and develop diverse cultivation path and other aspects of Private College Students Cadre Training Innovation Strategy pattern. |
