Research On Student Cadre Troop Construction Of Private Colleges In Jiangxi Province From The Perspective Of Public Administration Theory

The construction of student cadre team is an important part of student management in colleges and universities.In the past development process of private colleges and universities,most of the private colleges and universities conducted student management by referring to the management mode of public colleges and universities.However,with the rapid development of private colleges and universities in China in recent years,the influence in the construction of colleges and universities is increasing,many colleges and universities have their own characteristics.The development modes and strategies of private and public universities are gradually separated.In many aspects of development and management,the traditional practice of copying public universities is still inappropriate.In the process of the rapid development of private colleges and universities,the competition among them is becoming more and more fierce.Therefore,in the construction of student cadre team,some problems are gradually highlighted.In order to win in the fierce competition,private colleges and universities must explore and innovate.From the perspective of the theory of public human resource management,this paper analyzes the construction of student cadres in private colleges in jiangxi province by applying the theoretical knowledge learned,combined with the research methods of visiting investigation and logical analysis,so as to further explore the causes of existing problems and propose targeted countermeasures.The research shows that the problems in the construction of student cadre team in jiangxi private colleges are mainly reflected in the lack of professionalism in the construction of student cadre team,the lack of service consciousness in the management concept,and the low investment in the cultivation of student cadres.Based on this,combining with the theoretical knowledge of public management,this paper puts forward some specific countermeasures,such as improving the professionalism of the construction of student cadre team,innovating the management mode,strengthening the awareness of service training,and increasing the investment in the cultivation of student cadre.
