This paper explores the relationship between organizational cynicism, organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, revealing the possible ways of the influence of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. We have more profound understanding of the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior.This study used questionnaires(Organizational justice scale, Organizational cynisim scale,Organizational citizen behavior questionnaire and The revised almost perfect scale) to survey 201 employees in preliminary survey and 509 employees in formal survey. The result of CFA (confirmatory factor analysis) by AMOS17.0 proves that this questionnaire has good validity, we also used SPSS to do the reliability test, partial correlation analysis, regression analysis and tested the mediation and moderation effect, the results showed that:(1) Procedural justice, information justice interpersonal helping and loyal boosterism have significant differences in gender. Distributive justice, organizational cynicism beliefs have significant differences in income level. Distributive justice and organizational cynicism emotion have significant differences in years of working. Interpersonal justice is influenced by the interaction of gender and income levels, and high standards, order, interpersonal helping and loyal boosterism are affected by the interaction between income levels and years of working.(2) Procedural justice had significantly negative correlation with organizational cynicism belief. Organizational cynicism belief had significantly negative correlation with loyal boosterism. Organizational cynicism behavior had significantly negative correlation with interpersonal helping and loyal boosterism.(3) Informational justice can significantly predict interpersonal helping. Procedural justice and informational justice can significantly predict individual initiative.Procedural justice and informational justice can significantly predict loyal boosterism.(4) Organizational cynicism belief partially mediates the relationship between informational justice and loyal boosterism.(5) High standard has a buffered effect on Informational justice and individual initiative,order has a buffered effect on Informational justice and interpersonal helping, individual initiative, loyal boosterism..
