Network teaching resources is the basis to the development of education informationization,the network teaching resources was effectively applied to the teaching and learning process,it not only can greatly promote the development of education informationization,but also can promote the information-based teaching.Especially the higher' vocational education on the education informatization development process which is slow,higher vocational colleges on the whole is also a lack of quality education teaching resources,the state of the application of network teaching resources for higher vocational students is not very ideal.This study use the Use and Gratifications theory as the foundation to build athe theoretical framework,and according to the operation of the network teaching resources in higher vocational colleges in kunming,the design of network teaching resources application present situation for higher vocational students questionnaire.The author field to three vocational schools questionnaires,360 copies of valid questionnaires is 350.In addition,author also interview six higher vocational teachers,from the perspective of their mining influence student application of network teaching resources.According to the basical situation of vocational students' application of network teaching resource investigation,found that the students after class to review stage application of network teaching resources has the highest frequency;The student to the network teaching resources hardware satisfaction than the satisfaction of software resources;The application requirements for students majoring in liberal artsl large than engineering students.In addition,the higher vocational students in network teaching resources into the classroom are open to accept attitude,in the mode of application,they preferred download and online learning.After further analysis of the students in application of network teaching resources mainly exist the following problems:the application of network teaching resources of the whole motivation is not strong,the intrinsic motivation is greater than extrinsic motivation;The extent of the application of network teaching resources is not deep enough.Application of harvest on the whole is not high,the biggest harvest is cognitive gains.On the various factors influencing the students application resources related analysis,found that the attitude of the application of network teaching resource,motivation and satisfaction of hardware,software,network teaching resources for the application frequency,level and application harvest has a significant effect.Considering the operation comply with the development and construction of network teaching resources,application evaluation and update promotion complete procedure,every link is a school,teachers and students together with the three parties together,so the level,level of the teachers and students from the school level three improvement Suggestions were put forward:schools should serve as a good resource developers and managers;Teachers consciously improve information literacy as well as promote the network teaching resources to change the traditional teaching mode of understanding;Students must strengthen the consciousness of active application resources,and so on.
