Since Ministry of Education in China issued in2002“Decision of the State Council onvigorously development vocational education”, there has been ten years. In these ten years,vocational education has gained wide attention from all sectors of society; all levels ofeducation authorities put a lot of human and financial resources into the vocational education,the achievements of development on vocational education are significant. In the11thfive-year educational plan, the state will again develop vigorously vocational education as animportant target, and brings more opportunity for the development of medium vocationaleducation. Opportunities and challenges coexisted, how to improve running level of school,strengthen teachers’ professional ability, and improve students’ learning efficiency havebecome problems urgent to solve for various types of vocational schools.Since1990s, our country invested a lot of resources into information technologyteaching resources of basic education and higher education and has achieved good results. Incontrast, information technology teaching resources started late in the medium vocationalschools and has poor foundation; the vast majority of vocational schools do not get rid of theold education teaching method. It has become the task of vocational Education in crunch timeto strengthen information technology teaching resources, popularize teaching concept of"student-centered, teacher supplemented by", promote autonomous learning teaching mode,and construct distance learning platform,Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreign educationalinformation resources construction; secondly, it expounds the principle, process and methodof digitalization construction of medium vocational schools teaching resources according tothe analysis results; finally, researcher takes the Tangshan Foreign Economic and TradeSchool as a case, according to the autonomous learning theory, and puts forward the suitabledevelopment mode and methods for vocational schools in connection with the development ofcourseware, educational websites, network course, and makes digital course teaching basedon Moodle platform.
