National program for the language has mentioned that language and words are the most important human communication tool and information carrier,and are the foundation of the cultural elements and the bright symbol.It has an important status and role in the national development strategy.This research project a branch of "The case study of evaluation and promotion system of common language application ability",which belongs to the "twelfth five-year" national program,whose purpose is to promote national people's common language application ability and facilitate it developed more Informational.The cultivation of language application ability mainly focus on the cultivation of Chinese,which covers many aspects.Poetry appreciation teaching is an important component of Chinese curriculum.It plays an important role in cultivating the students' imagination,language expression ability and problem-solving ability.In the process of this research,this study found that students preferred spending a lot of time on learning poetry language knowledge,but many students still can't get a good score.It means that these students have problem in using language.To solve this problem,the traditional simple measure of making up a missed lesson has little effect,only from the perspective of language ability to diagnose students language problems,training students' poetry appreciation of language using ability,can we fundamentally improve the students' ability of poetry appreciation.Therefore this study referred to the fields of linguistics,poetry appreciation and evaluation,established an evaluation standard of students' ability in poetry appreciation under the framework of pragmatic competence.And then use ICT technology in the form of a network platform to carry out the practice,to evaluate and to develop students' ability of using language and poetry appreciation.Different from the traditional performance evaluation,based on the evaluation questionnaire,through the observation point of student's result,this research can preset whether their language using ability are strong or weak.By this we can undertake the assessment and training from the Angle of language ability,so as to improve its ability to use language and poetry appreciation.To verify the validity of the scheme at the same time,this study also chose one high school class in Yunnan province as the research object for empirical research.Experiment using special training-analysis-communication counselling-special training mode of training,and the results shows that the students' weak link have comparatively obvious ascension after several rounds of training,the,it means that using ICT auxiliary promote student's poetry appreciation ability and language using ability is a fast and effective method.
