The appreciation of ancient poetry is one of the fixed test questions in the college entrance examination.There is a close relationship between the appreciation of ancient poetry,the students’ ability to appreciate ancient poetry,and the current situation of ancient poetry teaching.The purpose of this article is to provide teaching strategy suggestions for frontline teachers by studying the ancient poetry appreciation questions in the new college entrance examination volumes Ⅰ and Ⅱ and combining the current teaching situation.The discussion is mainly carried out from the following aspects:The first chapter analyzes the sources of ancient poetry appreciation questions in Volume Ⅰ and Ⅱ of the new college entrance examination from the perspective of "curriculum standards,test outlines,and teaching materials" based on which education evaluation is based.Firstly,it analyzes the requirements for learning ancient poetry in the newly revised Chinese curriculum for senior high schools in 2020;Secondly,it analyzes the level requirements for the ability of ancient poetry examination in the syllabus;Finally,the article analyzes the characteristics and learning requirements of ancient poetry in senior high school Chinese textbooks compiled by the department.The second chapter conducts a statistical analysis of the ancient poetry appreciation questions in Volume Ⅰ and Ⅱ of the 2020-2022 New College Entrance Examination,and obtains the characteristics of the new college entrance examination papers through comparison with the national papers.Analyze its dynasty,author,genre,and theme characteristics from the perspective of topic selection;From the perspective of topic examination,it is found that objective questions focus on the ability to understand and analyze,while subjective questions focus on the ability to appreciate language,techniques,emotions,and evaluate the perspective of the work.The third chapter uses a questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of ancient poetry appreciation teaching in senior high schools.It is found that,from the perspective of students,they have not been able to establish a knowledge system of ancient poetry,their knowledge transfer ability is weak,and their abilities in language appreciation,emotional connotation grasping,and opinion evaluation are insufficient,and they are attributed one by one.From the perspective of teachers,they do not attach importance to the systematic accumulation of ancient poetry,pay attention to exam oriented terminology,guide students to grasp emotions,evaluate works in a single way,and guide reading aloud in a formal manner,with attribution one by one.The fourth chapter proposes teaching strategy recommendations based on the analysis results of the ancient poetry appreciation test in the new college entrance examination and the current teaching situation.Based on the teaching examples of famous teachers,it is recommended to guide students to build a knowledge system for "sentence meaning understanding ability";For "language appreciation ability",it is recommended to master skills and provide support for tasting words;For "emotional mastery",it is recommended to focus on reading guidance and restoring text context;It is recommended to introduce comments and comparative reading for "viewpoint evaluation ability".
