The development of education,under the background of cloud computing,has been the basis of country's overall national strength.Various countries have taken educational informatization as the core strategy of national education,and the key to promote the development of China's education informatization lies in strengthening its integrated platform construction and making it quickly used in teaching.It has been put forward explicitly in Decades of Education Informatization Development Plan(2011-2020)and other documents,as well as the relevant conferences that the core project of national education informatization in the course of “Twelfth Five-year Plan” is to construct the “three links and two platforms”,thus it can conduct a survey of Zhangye's “three links and two platforms” construction and its application status,as well as teacher's use of information devices and their demand of resources,subsequently making an analysis of the discovered problems and proposing reasonable solutions and feasible tactics for its follow-up development.Firstly,this thesis,through reviewing the history of education informatization at home and abroad,sorts out and unscrambles the international trend and relevant policy in China;and this thesis summarizes the construction of the achievements and applications of the“three links and two platforms”.Thus,this thesis clarifies the significance in the construction of the project according to the current situation of ZhangYe.Secondly,this thesis investigates the construction and application status of “three links and two platforms” in Zhang Ye.:1)Consult the authoritative statistical data and memoir from the Zhang Ye education bureau;2)Verify the accuracy of relevant data from field investigation;3)Establish,release and collect the questionnaires and the statistical data processing;4)Analyze the status of “three links two platforms” based on data processing result.Then there are three major constrains during the construction of “three links and two platforms”:1)Lacking in Tee-junction's infrastructure investment;2)Lagging in Two-platform construction;3)Lacking in Two-platform teachers' application ability.Finally,this thesis puts forward an overall framework of five constructive steps for Zhangye's construction and application of “three links and two platforms”,and then in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the overall framework,some strategies will be given:1)“Five strategies” ensures the implementation of Wide Band fulfills every school.2)“Four methods” promotes high-quality resources are accessible to every class.3)“Three ways” strengthens the cyber space comes up to everyone.4)“Two principles” improves the construction of two platforms.Besides,this thesis also shows four strategies for the application and development of “three links and two platforms” in Zhangye schools:1)Creating the atmosphere for establishing a mechanism;2)Increasing the training intensity in terms of the “three links”;3)Intensifying model-driven application;4)Strengthening the application and development of the “two platforms' ' by four strategies.
