"Three links and two platforms" as the core goal of China's "12th Five-Year plan" is proposed and implemented,at the same time,it is also the focus of the development of basic education informatization in China,Since the start of rapid progress,it is very fruitful,As a whole exceeded expectations.In order to futher improve the educational informatization in china on the basis of achievements c "12th-Five-Year","13th Five-Year" further put forward the next work direction of education information "three links two platforms".Firstly,adhere to the application as the core.Secondly,further improve the "three links two platform" project.thirdly,accelerate the pace of information technology to promote educational innovation.However,because of the difference of geographical location.the economic and cultural development of each region is not balanced,therefore,there are great differences in the construction and application of basic education information and the problems that encountered in each region.However,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is an underdeveloped region in the northwest of China,as one of the focal areas of national support and attention,the educational level lag behind the eastern region on the whole.For Ordos,the process of basic education information construction has the special features of this region due to the characteristics of economic and cultural development and the National key construction and pilot areas and so on.Therefore,it is important for us to understand the construction and application of the "three links and two platforms" of the basic education informatization in Ordos city.In this paper,regard the construction has been completed as a background of basic education informatization " three links and two platforms",from the application of the status quo,divided into seven parts for the presentsituation of teaching application was investigated of primary and Primary and secondary school teachers in Ordos City.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and the purpose and significance of this background,and on this basis,the research content and the research methods used in this paper.The second part defines the key concept that appears in the article,and analyzes the present situation of the development of basic education informatization of abroad and the research and construction of "three links and two platforms" in China,and summarizes the current research situation of china,compare the similarities and differences between this study and the above studies,the necessity and importance of this study are further got.The third part shows the current situation of the construction of "three links and two platforms" in Ordos city use the methods of comparison and elaboration.The main purpose of this paper is to compare the current situation of the construction of "three links and two platforms" in Erdos city with the national construction standards and the standards of autonomous regions,The present situation of the construction status data of "three links and two platforms" Explain the situation of its construction in Ordos City,and as a background of this study.The fourth part through the analysis and design of the questionnaire/ classroom observation / interview,This paper analyzes the present situation of teaching application of "three links and two platforms" for Ordos City,to understand the current situation and problems of the application of "three links and two platforms",and the present situation and problems are analyzed and summarized,prepare for the following suggestions.The fifth part is a case study,which is based Based on the information technology teachers' class preparation online in Ordos city,expound the achievements achieved of the practice.It shows that it is agood case for teachers' teaching application of "three links and two platforms" from the information technology teachers' collective lesson preparation to the video open class,other disciplines can imitate their forms,the use of existing resources,improve the self at the same time,better serve for the teaching and students.The sixth part is the conclusion and suggestion,On the one hand,it gives a conclusion about the situation of the teaching application of the "three links and two platforms" in Ordos City,On the other hand,it puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the application.The seventh part is the summary part,which is a general description of the research process of this study,and points out the shortcomings of the research,and hope to do better in the following research work.
