Research On Development Strategy Of Education Center Of Zhangye Occupation

Vocational education is an important part of the modern national education system in our country.Vocational education occupies an important position in the implementation of the national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country with talents.At the same time,it shoulders the important task of cultivating vocational skilled personnel and is the cornerstone of promoting the sustained and rapid development of social economy.China maintains a positive attitude towards the development of vocational education,in order to promote the pace of adjustment of vocational education,so as to adapt to the changes brought about by the economic development of our country.In recent years,China has continuously increased its investment in vocational education,including policy support and capital investment.The support of the state has brought new to the development of vocational education,Opportunities and challenges.In today’s society,opportunities and challenges often coexist.In this environment,the development of Zhangye Vocational Education Center has entered a bottleneck period,facing many problems,such as difficult enrollment,difficult employment of graduates,poor quality of students,lack of funds,weak teachers and so on.In order to improve the current situation,it is urgent to implement strategic management.This paper adopts the classical method of strategic management.The first step is to analyze the external environment of Zhangye Vocational Education Center through PEST,Porter five-force model.Several key factors affecting the external environment are dealt with,and the external environment is quantitatively evaluated,using the EFE matrix.Next,the internal environment is analyzed,and the factors that affect the internal environment are obtained.different from the external environment,IFE matrix is used for quantitative evaluation.Then,through SWOT matrix,the alternative strategic combination of Zhangye Vocational Education Center is carried out,including SO pioneering strategy,WO struggle strategy,S conservative strategy and WT competitive strategy.Finally,the alternative strategies are brought into the QSPM matrix for quantitative comparison,so as to find out the optimal strategy-WO strategy,and form the direction of the school’s development strategy.According to the results of this series of analysis,the mission and strategic goal of Zhangye Vocational Education Center are finally determined,and four strategic suggestions are finally given.It is hoped that through the above research,it can help Zhangye Vocational Education Center grasp the development opportunity,adjust the train of thought and clearly define.In the thousands of sails unexpectedly,hundred ships compete for the fierce competition to achieve long-term and healthy development.
